πŸ“¦ How Your Order Moves

1. Placed Instant confirmation email sent.
2. Checks Payment confirmed and fraud screening.
3. Clinical Review Pharmacist checks prescriptions & legal compliance.
4. Pack & Protect Discreet, tamper-evident packaging. Cold packs if needed.
5. Handoff Passed to carrier. You get a "Dispatched" email with tracking.

⏱️ Processing Timeframes

Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders cleared before cutoff are shipped same-day.

  • OTC Items: Packed same day or next business day.
  • Prescription Items: 1–2 business days after valid prescription is received.
  • Weekend Orders: Queue for the next business day.
Verification Note: We won't ship prescription meds until a valid prescription is on file. If verification takes longer than 7 days, we may cancel/refund.

Domestic Standard 2–5 business days
Domestic Express 1–2 business days
Intl. Tracked Post 7–15 business days
Intl. Express 3–7 business days

*Remote areas may add 3–10 days. Delays due to customs/weather are possible.

🌍 Customs & Shipping Costs

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination/weight.
  • Duties: Import taxes/duties are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • Importer Record: For international orders, ensure the item is legal to import.
  • Returns/Seizures: If customs returns unopened, we refund product price. If seized, no refund.

Tracking: You'll get links via email. Allow 24–48 hours for movement updates.

Delivery Failed If address is wrong or refused, parcel may return. Reshipping costs apply.
Damaged/Lost Email us within 72 hours for damage. Lost if no scan for 10-25 days.
Cold Chain Items: If a delay could affect quality, contact us immediately. We'll review stability data for a remedy.
