At SafePills4Us, we aim to give you the best shopping experience. If you face any issues with your order, our process is simple and transparent.

📦 Order & Shipping Process

1. Order Confirmation You receive an email immediately. Within 24 hours, a second email confirms processing.
2. Payment Check If there’s a payment issue (incomplete transaction), we’ll email you right away to fix it.
3. Shipping Confirmation Once verified, orders ship same-day. You get a tracking number and delivery estimate.

🚚 Delivery Information

  • Shipping Options: Delivery to home/work or Registered Airmail (signature required).
  • Timelines: Ships within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes up to 21 days depending on the courier.
  • Customs Delays: Since we ship from India, customs may delay packages (rarely up to 3 weeks).
  • APO & PO Boxes: Supported if available at checkout. Set as default for smooth delivery.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you aren't home, we email instructions. Packages are held for 4 weeks before return.

🔄 Reshipment & Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the estimate, contact us immediately.

Eligibility for Reshipment or Refund:
1. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the estimated date.
2. If your order is confirmed lost (we will reship or refund once verified).
Important Note: If the wrong address was entered by the customer, additional fees may apply for reshipment.

💰 Refund & Return Conditions

If you receive a damaged item or nothing at all, you're eligible for a refund or a reshipment—whichever you prefer.

Waiting Period You must wait at least 30 days from your order date to request a refund.
Return Condition Product must be sealed, unused, and within expiry. Opened products are not eligible.
