At SafePills4Us, we aim to give you the best shopping experience. If you face any issues with your order, our return and refund process is here to help.

Order Confirmation Process

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. Within 24 hours, we’ll send another email confirming your order is being processed and will be shipped soon.

If there’s a payment issue—like an incomplete transaction—we’ll email you right away to help fix it.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, it usually ships the same day. You’ll get an email with the tracking number, shipping method, and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Options

You can choose delivery to your home or work address. We also offer registered airmail for secure delivery, which needs a signature upon arrival.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re not available when the delivery arrives, we’ll email you with pickup instructions. Your package will be held for 4 weeks before it’s returned.

APO & PO Box Deliveries

We support deliveries to APO addresses and PO Boxes if shown as available during checkout. Set your APO or PO Box as the default to ensure smooth delivery.

Customs Delays

Since we ship from India, your package may face delays at customs. These delays can last from a few days up to 3 weeks in rare cases.

Delivery Times

We ship most orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery time depends on the courier and may take up to 21 days.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, please reach out to us immediately.

Reshipment of Lost Orders

If your order is lost, we’ll either reship it or give you a refund once verified.

Eligibility for Reshipment or Refund

  • If the delivery is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the estimated date.
  • If your shipping date was correctly provided.

Note: If the wrong address was entered, additional fees may apply for reshipment.

Refund & Return Conditions

If you receive a damaged item or nothing at all, you’re eligible for a refund or a reshipment—whichever you prefer.

Refund Waiting Period

You must wait at least 30 days from your order date to request a refund.

Return Condition

The product must be sealed, unused, and within its expiry date. Opened or used products are not eligible.
